You need a minimum of a 350w power supply. And it needs to be a decent one, not some cheap off brand or you'll just be throwing your money away. This is about the least expensive unit I could even remotely recommend you invest in.

The 5570 calls for a 350w unit, just like the 7750. The 6570 calls for an even higher 400w unit. What you need is a different PSU, not a different graphics card. You're going to end up selling yourself short and probably end up getting something that kills your low end PSU anyhow. Save your money until you can get the PSU, and get IT first. Then get the card so you can be sure you will have an adequate PSU and not damage either the PSU or your card, or even your motherboard.

Okay last question...i got rly cheap offer for first hand for GT 520 2GB DDR3 for really cheap price i want it so i can play League of Legends, Black ops 1 etc.. so later i can first get better psu and better gpu, will GT 520 2GB DDR3 run on 300w psu with my other specs?

Yes, a GT 520 will run on a 300w power supply if the unit is capable and can actually supply 300w.
