I been trying to get Assassin creed Syn to give me more frap after turn all graphic setting to ultra but it give me only 15fps
So what are the option for me? Upgrade or overclock cpu and gpu. I have no knowledge on overclocking my gpu whatsoever.

Solution
You will not able to handle 'ultra' settings in 4k resolution with a 390.

You need a powerfull card, and, looking at your expected settings, a SLI 980Ti will do the job. But you will require a new PSU.

you need TWO 980 ti's MINIMUM to run decent settings at 4k

your 390 is a good 1440p card

your power supply is also poor quality, please upgrade it to a good tier 1 or 2 unit, 650w or better from this list as soon as possible:

My opinion is similar to what other posters have said; the card is not really a 4k card going forward or for the very latest titles. However. it will run most titles at what some people might call acceptable frame rates. Battlefield 4: 40fps. etc Try reducing turning AA off or reducing it to FXAA. Google how to tweak settings for that game.
