Solution
The PSU is a Tier 3, and you could probably get a Tier 2 for the same money. 550 watts or larger is fine for the video card. Everything else looks OK. You might check out the Cryorig H7 if you want a good air cooler, they're inexpensive and will fit most cases.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($34.50 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($48.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $83.49
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Alright thanks my friend , I appreciate your input. Would you recommend any other components I could change that are better for roughly the same price. Also I wouldn't know what case to go for.

Iv never built a pic before and I'm completely new to all this. Iv only been researching the past few weeks. Thanks.

If you had no intentions of overclocking, you could save money by using the locked i7, stock CPU cooler, and a less expensive motherboard.
