I'd say get a 4690k and overclock it a bit, If you are tight on cash then a 4460 would do the trick aswell, it just seems a shame to not take advantage of the Z97 chipset.

I have a Corsair H55 Hydro Series CPU cooler. Is that good enough for overclocking the 4690k, so it wont overheat?

i think the i7 is too expensive for my build, but do you think my current cpu cooler (Corsair H55 Hydro Series) is good enough to cool the i5 4690k when it is overclocked??

You should be able to overclock just don't expect somthing extreme

Just make sure to change the clock by a small degree and then run a test to monitor temps. If you slow and careful there wont be any problems
