PC Wont reboot only turn off works

Hello guys, I just built a pc and when I try to reboot it wont start again just turning off works, I checked the board everything seemed ok. And I cant reboot from the reboot button I checked the pin it was on its place what could be the problem? Thanks in advance.

Hey, I'm sorry, but for a forum "Helper", it's really hard to get what people mean. Try to reformulate your question and issues, you're talking about 2 seperate reboot buttons, right?
