So this has been going on for a while where if there is any kind of static and I go anywhere near my computer I hear a zap and my keyboard and mouse turn off then on. I first thought it might be a motherboard issue so I replaced the motherboard right away and it stopped for a little bit but it came back. Would this be a problem with my PSU or should I just solder a copper wire from my metal computer desk into a ground outlet? I just don't want to damage my new keyboard and mouse set=/
