Will this graphics card fit in my PC?

Solution
It should fit OK. The HD4350 was an optional discrete graphics card and you shouldn't even need another PSU if you still have the 300 watt one that the system came with. I'm curious though, why are you adding the card? It's not a suitable card for any type of gaming. It might play some games, but they will be at the lowest settings and resolutions with poor frame rates.

My graphics card is not supported anymore. So when I upgrade to windows 8 there will be no drivers for it. I figured it would also help with the games I play. Like Fallout:New Vegas, Borderlands, and A few FPS. All my games run awesome on my 4350 (well except Final Fantasy) I just figured that this one they would run even better. But im guessing if I wanted to play newer games I would need a better one. Can I ask what graphics card do you suggest?

For another 20 to 50 dollars, depending on the card, you could get a GTX 730/740/750/750 Ti. The 750 Ti would be far better for gaming and still not require a 6 pin PCIe adapter and more than 300 watt PSU.

The specs call for a 400 watt PSU, but it's not going to draw more than 60 watts from the PCIe bus, so your 300 would work with it. Check out the reviews, many people are using it in similar systems.

Well I found this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127852 and its awful close to the one you showed me. But its cheaper and has about the same specs. Would this one be a good gaming card?

Hm thought they were about the same. Can I ask what makes the GTX 750 Ti better? Because from just looking at the specs they seem to be about equal.
