I have A10-5800K with a H7 Cyroig cooler and I get 70C when playing league of legends?
help please I've tried my best installing the cooler and I've reinstalled it several times with same results.

Solution
Might be using too little or too much thermal compound, it doesn't take much, Many go with the pea method but actually put too much into the 'pea'

H7 is one of the best coolers right now, better than the 212 evo.do you recommend o.c my cpu?

why would i recommend you OC when your current cooler can't manage that chip at factory settings?

I read a thread and my thermal margins are at 60-70 at idle and 40-50c when playing bo3 is that ok for o.c?

depends on his motherboard too.

don't forget how piledriver records temps is in part tied to the temp of the motherboard as well. poor airflow over the vrms can give a +20C spike in temps on the cpu. Furthermore Piledriver cpus are notorious for NOT reporting temps correctly.

That is why I doubt that under normal circumstances with decent airflow, he get's those temperatures with the H7 .

true. however since he is getting those temps chances are he has a junk motherboard, poor airflow in the case, installed the cpu cooler wrong, OR the cpu is just reporting it's temps wrong.

easiest way to narrow it down would be for the OP to pop the side of his case off and stick a room fan in the opening going full blast, see if that helps temps at all.

Those are excellent. Stress test with Prime95 Small FFTs and monitor the thermal margins. They should be 10°C or higher; the H7 should allow for decent overclocking.
