I have yet to choose a sufficient motherboard. I am looking at a few options:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=13-128-627
GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3P AM3+/AM3 AMD 970 6 x SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard @ 79.99 USD

http://www.amazon.com/GIGABYTE-GA-880GA-UD3H-880G-HDMI-Motherboard/dp/B003KISY5M
GIGABYTE GA-880GA-UD3H AM3 AMD 880G 6 x SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard @ 89.99 USD

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128565
GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 (rev. 6.0) AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 USB 3.0 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard @ 58.99 USD

The mATX is looking very attractive, simply because of its price point and sufficient availability of ports. But The other options are attractive as well, I can't choose between the three. On what basis should I choose the motherboard? Is there another motherboard option that I should consider?

Thanks for all your help.

Thanks for the recommendation. Also, what is your reason for recommendation for the PSU? Is the FirePower PSU unreliable in terms of delivering power? Is it more prone to some kind of electrical failure?
