So when I hooked up this new HDD I went through the steps to find it on the disk management but it wasn't anywhere to be found i went into my BIOS and found it, i checked to see if the drive was spinning (It was) and I haven't found a solution i cannot partition the HDD if its not there to do anything to and i can't run windows 7 onto the drive because i no longer own a disk drive i do however have a USB windows boot but i have tried to do that 3 times and nothing has come of it, no where i have looked has given me anything to work with any ideas?
