Why does my system not output display?

I recently bought some parts for a new PC. When I put it together, nothing showed up on the screen from HDMI or DVI. I tried using a different power supply, running with and without a GPU, running without an HDD, and swapping out the RAM. The CPU fan does turn on and the power and reset buttons work.
Here are the specs:
Intel Pentium G840
ASRock B75M-ITX
EVGA GTX 650
What's wrong with my system?

Edit: Forgot to add this detail: the system does not power up when it is in the clear cmos state.

Yes, the only thing that hasn't been done is the system speaker which did not come with the motherboard. I have just ordered one and will update the thread once I get it in the mail.

then write g840, you origionally posted pentium 840 which is an old extreme edition pentium D chip.

clr_cmos
physically removed the gpu
plug the monitors into the motherboard
let me know how it goes.

I said G840 in the original post. Also, I already tried those. I got the same result.

Ok, so my speaker arrived in the mail but I can't find the connector for it anywhere on the motherboard. Also, something else that I forgot to mention is that why my motherboard is in the clear cmos state it won't power up.
