Whenever I try playing bioshock infinite in ultra high settings the temperature of my computer goes up to 70-80 degrees C, and also the fan keeps making a very noisy sound whenever the temperature goes up and when i cancel the game the temperature goes back down and the noisy fan stops. Is there any problem with my desktop/parts?

It has:
i5 6600
msi gtx 980 ti
noctua nh-d14
evga 850 Watt gold edition
NZXT S340 Matte Black/Red Steel ATX Mid Tower Case.
GIGABYTE G1 Gaming GA-Z170X-Gaming 7 (rev. 1.0) LGA 1151 Intel Z170 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Your cooler is like monster. Even on 42 percent, cpu should be supercold. Dont u applied too much paste? Is cooler seated well? Sure, those are first steps to do, when the cpu is overheating, so... This is best what i can advice.

Weird. I have an i5 6600k and my max temp is about 40C. Extremely cool. Idling at about 27C, with just average cooler. Do u applied thermal paste yourself? Do u experienced those problems, right after you bought/build your computer?

yeah i used the noctua thermal paste. so far none except for the sound that it makes(video above). I watched like 5 movies and played resident evil 4 in 60 fps (before i downloaded the temperature), but then when i started to play bioshock infinite in ultra settings i tried checking my temperature and it was 74 with a fan speed of 42% and idle it is 30-40 C with an auto fanspeed setting.

updated my post, showing the temperature and bios this time. kinda weird that 2 and 3rd system fan cannot be seen or changed in the bios. the paste i added a pea size(based on youtube) as for the cpu cooler i tried my best to plug it in as careful as i can with anti-static strap. Also have you seen the video above? the sound of the fan is kinda weird maybe thats one of the reasons why but i tried searching on google, youtube and yahoo none could give me the exact answer to what it is.

Hi there. I found out was going on the wire kept hitting the graphics card's fan. Now its 60c at ultra setting with a low fan speed. Also will the wire that was hitting the fan br okay? Or did it cause any damage while the fan was hitting it?
