Clean Installing Windows Without Losing Data

Hi, I am planning to do a clean install of Windows 10 on my PC but I do not want to lose all of my data, I want to keep all my games I downloaded since redownloading them will be a pain in the ass to do over again. How can achieve this?

There may be a way to do this but it wouldn't count as a clean install. Sort of like a semi clean install.

Alright so what I got from that is to upgrade to Windows 10, and follow the steps to do a repair install, and once it's done delete the old files, that way it will be Windows 10 instead of Windows 8.1 over Windows 10, thanks!
