new upgrades will boot but wont display anything

i just bought an asrock z170 extreme 7+ mobo, new ram G.SKILL TridentZ, cpu intel i5 6600k, EVERYTHING boots up correct except cpu, no beeps or anything, also board is throwing code 00, in book saying check to see if cpu installed coreectly and reset cmos, plz help

Try to reseat the CPU and if possible re-apply thermal paste. Then do what it said and reseat the CMOS Battery or short the pins labeled cmos by moving the 2 pin cover thing over

did you buy it used? check the bottom and see if the little things in the middle have gotten damaged or anything, then see if there is any thermal paste on the pins of the CPU, because that's happened it me. If there is some try and get it off with a napkin or tissue or something while being careful to not get any tissue inside the pins
