Core 2 Duo E6600 OC

Hello there i was wondering how much i can overclock the E6600 core 2 duo processor which has stock intel fan and the processor is sitting on intel d945gcnl motherboard i have 2x2gb ddr2 ram with 400mhz.. i want to safely oc the processor to get more performance or should i get a better cooler for it first? temps are 30-35 'c

i,ve changed the default cooler for cpu from intel stock to arctic freezer 7 v2 pro which cooldown my cpu from 45'c on idle to 25-30'c and on maximum use my cpu only heats up to 50-55'c and other parts is stock including the motherboard which is intel D945GCNL (LGA 775) alos changed from 2gb ddr2 rams to 4gb which increase the performance of my pc and also i bought the pc with GeForce GT 220 gpu. so what OC can i do with the setup like this?

btw, my rams that i use now is Type DDR2
Size 2048 MBytes
Manufacturer A-Data Technology
Max Bandwidth PC2-6400 (400 MHz)
Part Number DQVE1B16

and the second one is the same just manufacturer is Transcend Information. but all stats is same like the one i have from A-Data
