Will tiny overclocking amounts still be damaging?

Currently my amd a6-6400k is clocked at 4.1 ghz but I'm thinking of OC it just a small amount (like 4.2-4.3 ghz) but I'm only running a stock cooler, right now it says it's at 28 degrees celsius

The more you OC, the longer lifespan your chip will have. If OC a little bit you will get a little be less life span. I doubt anyone could put any numbers on it though. Just do it, 28 degrees on a stock cooler is a really good chip.

Do you know the voltage its running at?
Also you may want to consider buy this: https://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=22829&cPath=23&utm_source=googlebase&utm_medium=cse&utm_campaign=export_feed&gclid=CjwKEAiAxfu1BRDF2cfnoPyB9jESJADF-MdJ2ucOTqpEvEKX8cF3DSyeB5SA0tP0AZXzBjiQJSYT6hoCbhHw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
