Is it a good idea to wear Nitrile gloves as a precaution against sweat when handling Motherboards GPUs etc.

I think all but the cheapest boards are coated to prevent corrosion from contaminants such as human finger prints and moisture etc... Also, gloves can hold static charge which is not good. Nope, gloves are not needed.

Thanks, hell I should have asked the question before using them to put in the motherboard, oh well will leave them off formthe rest if the GPUs and other cards.
I did have the ase on an antistatic mat and a wrist band both interconnected to one of those antistatic plugs and stood on another antistatic mat connected to the turned off earth of another mains plug socket.
So hope any charge in gloves would be negligible :-/
