So, i got 3 PSUs:
1. FSP Hyper 500W 80+
2. FSP Hexa Plus H2-500W 80+
3. Xigmatek X Calibre 500W 80+

And i'm gon power i3 6100 and GTX 960 2GB

It's the same price, but i'm not sure which one. Thanks

Solution
Asia does not narrow it down enough for me to do a search. Try to find a power supply from Antec, Seasonic or EVGA. If not then Corsair or FSP if that's only thing available.

I searching for PSU under $50, and if you finding me a PSU, please get the PSU that available outside of US and UK. I'm from Asia btw. Also, i heard Corsair CX500 is pretty good?

I'm powering a system similar to yours (i5-4690K + GTX960) from a Corsair CX500 and it works perfectly. It's too expensive for what it is though. There are better ones for the same money.

I would advise you to buy 400 to 430W power supply from the top tier models. It will give you MORE POWER than a lower quality 600W unit because cheap ones LIE about the output power rating.
Example: XFX TS 430w is on the TIER TWO "Still safe to use and are all stable for any PC of today's standards, including Haswell C Stepping certification. Recommended for those on a fairly limited budget."

More here (very interesting and useful reading):

edit: from what i see on the list, FSP has power supplies in all tiers, but the cheap low-power ones are in Tier Four:
"Built down to a low price. Not exactly the most stable units ever created. Very basic safety circuitry or even thin gauge wiring used. Not for gaming rigs or overclocking systems of any kind. Avoid unless your budget dictates your choice."

Not so sure, at his budget the XFX XT is totally realistic, but their quality is unknown. He could always give one of those a try, though. The capacitors in it are not good, though, so I don't recommend the XFX XT.
