I plan to stream when I get my i3 4150.
Im gonna do some recording on youtube.I wont play heavy games, I will play games like Gmod, h1z1, Arma 3, the forest and so forth.But if I do what settings should I put so play 900p 60fps on gta v?

If you can stretch your budget $100 then you can get a much better build with an i5 and a gtx 960:
