EVGA GTX 970 FTW GPU Usage %99

When i play games my gpu usages goes up high as %99 and sometimes it drops to %98 i saw it in bf4 and idk why is it how can i fix it?

My CPU is i7 4790k at 4.4mhz
My GPU is EVGA GTX 970 FTW

i dont think it is bottlenecking?

If your getting 99% utilization, that shows your CPU/Mobo is not bottle necking your video card. That is a good thing. I get the same utilization on the majority of all my games with a few like Warcraft, Rift and other MMO's that are very CPU dependent, and will show 50-60% GPU utilization.

Well vsync is not enabled and is it just in this game? or , can you open a little bit more?
