Hi guys. I have just built a mini pc using an AMD AM1I motherboard and Antec 110 case. Refuses to power on. Used psu from a working 110 build in case that's where the fault was. Tried shorting switch connector to power up bypassing switch. cmos battery good. Tried without ram. Reseated all connectors. Nothing. Any ideas how I can check if it's either motherboard or case that's at fault? I have a digital multi-meter but unsure how to check if power is actually getting to motherboard. Thanks!

I used a magnetic reed switch for my power switch. wave a magnet at the right spot and it comes on.

the point being that any momentary contact switch will do the job, even a regular wall switch will work if you flip it on then off quickly.
