Your motherboard has a compatible slot for the EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (PCIe x16) so as long as there is no other component in the way which would prevent the card being pushed all the way down in to the slot, you should be okay with it.
It is worth mentioning that the EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti is PCIe 3.0 card, whereas the slot on your motherboard is the previous generation (PCIe 2.0) so you won't benefit from the cards full potential. However, this decrease in performance compared to the same card in a PCIe 3.0 slot will only be small.
