I have $1000 to get a Gaming PC, I do NOT need a Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor or Operating System, as I have all this sorted out.

I want this PC to be able to play DayZ Standalone with decent(stable) FPS along with GTA V.

Main companies I am able to buy from are Umart (Southport) and GameDude (Springwood).
I'm looking to have at least an Intel i5 or better CPU.

Solution
OK, I think I got it figured out. It's a little over on your budget, but you could drop the SSD if you want.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-6400 2.7GHz Quad-Core Processor ($271.00 @ Umart)
Motherboard: MSI B150M Pro-VD Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($115.00 @ Umart)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($79.00 @ Umart)
Storage: Kingston HyperX Fury 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($69.00 @ Umart)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($70.00 @ Umart)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 960 2GB Video Card ($285.00 @ Umart)
Case:...
I don't see those companies on PCPartspicker, but you can use the build below as a guide. Other video cards you can use would be the GTX 960/970 and R9 380. All should fit the case and work with the power supply. They will have good 1080p perfomance. If you don't need the OS, I would suggest using a GTX 970.

I edited my post, what can I do for a better CPU? Also is a small SSD possible?

The 2 stores I listed are the 2 closest to me for me to pickup after ordering them.

If you want to stay with Skylake, you could use the i5 6400 or 6500 instead of the i3. Another alternative is to use a Haswell processor which will need a different motherboard and RAM.

Thanks for the help, just a few more questions before I am sure;
1. Would it in any way be cheaper to use an AMD Graphics card but have it perform better? Same with the CPU, would an AMD be better and cheaper at the same time?
My friends tell me to go with Intel + GeForce as they are more trustworthy?

2. Is there a cheap nice looking case that comes with a PSU?

For gaming, there's no AMD CPU that performs better than a comparable Intel. For graphics cards, the competing AMD card is the R9 380 which is another $40.00 at Umart. Odd, because here in the US, it can usually be picked up cheaper than the GTX 960. Either way, they are so competitive, it depends on what game your playing as to who comes out on top. Both are good picks for playing at 1080p. There's really no good quality PSU's that come with cases and would trust my other expensive components with.
