You selected a K edition CPU are you going to OC? If you are then you should get a Z97 board.
If you are not going to OC keep the current board and get a non K CPU
Also get a PSU with just a little more wattage to let it breathe.

For a non OC setup i would suggest these changes under the same budget (you save 20+ £)
