suggest a graphics card for my pc. current config is 4GB RAM, pentium G2020 dual core 2.9 GHz and asus H61M-K motherboard.
i am currently using asus nvidia geforce 210 card

i want to upgrade my graphics card

GTX 960 is a bit of an overkill for that CPU.

What is the case and power supply in the system? You may be able to use a cheaper video card without need for a new power supply and still get a huge upgrade over the 210. Which is actually not hard to do, you can buy almost any random video card and it has a good chance of being an upgrade over a 210 LOL

thanks for the answer :) I know I have to change the psu too. and also upgrade ram. so, suggest me a psu for gtx 960

I think u should get a gtx 750ti it is perfectly paired gpu for ur cpu,even i also have the same cpu ,going higher than that may lead to bottleneck,i will tell you more ater confirming.
