Which component should I upgrade on this slightly aging games machine?

I build this machine a little while ago and was pretty pleased with it.

CPU: i5 750 Quad Core @2.67GHz
GFX: GeForce 660 GTX
RAM: 8Gb
HD: 2x 120Gb SSDs
Display: Samsung T27 27" Widescreen @ 1920x1080.

I've recently updated to Window 10 64Bit and unlocked the power of the 8Gb RAM (doh!). It runs fine at the moment for the indie games I play (e.g, FLT, the Swapper) but I'm aware that it's no longer high powered. It's fine for Company of Heroes 1 with some reduced settings but for CoH2 it struggles. I'm wanting to get The Witness on it and to play Ethan Carter.

Is there any specific component I could upgrade to unleash more power or would it be be better doing a new build? Thanks.

Speaking of Doh!, you made the typical mistake of not even mentioning your budget for the upgrade.

Looking at CoH2 sys reqs though, you'd really only have to get a cheap CPU cooler like the CM Hyper 212 EVO, and bump your 750 up to 3GHz to satisfy recommended sys reqs.

You're already well above the recommended on GPU, but if you can afford it, you could always upgrade your 660 to a 960.

It could be done for as low as $200 for both items. The only caveat being, it's a bit tougher to OC an i5-750, vs the newer k chips.
