New build on first time boot is power cycling on and off, on, off, etc. It never posts, i don't even get a splash screen. It's in about 1-2 second intervals. I have tested the PSU and the GPU and those seem to work fine with other systems. I also tried swapping out RAM and that didn't do anything. I disconnected and reconnected drives one by one and that didn't seem to help. Can anyone help me with this issue?
