Will overlocking a non-K cpu lock the integrated graphics?

As I understand, as of the past couple of days, non-K cpus are no longer overclockable.
Intel released a force patch to all non k CPUs affected by the issue.
In addition, people were only ever able to overclock using specific motherboards through their unique bios settings. Some of these manufacturers include Asrock and EVGA.
If you WERE able to overclock it, it would not lock your integrated graphics, however overclocking non-k CPUs is no longer a thing as of a few days ago.
