How to install windows 10 on Asus m5a78l-m via usb

I am building a new computer and I tried to install windows 10 on the Asus m5a78l-m mobo and it keeps on saying put bootable media into boot device and press any key and I have the windows 10 iso on it already and yes, -_- I have the boot priority set to the USB

Did you just drag and drop the iso onto the flash drive? or did you use a utility to make the flash drive bootable with the iso?

Yea, the media creation tool will extract the iso to the destination. If usb, keep in mind it needs to be in Fat32 format and not ntfs for the bios to read it.
