I recently updated my computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and chose to wipe my C Drive in this process. I didnt want to wipe my F drive (650gb) as it had all my needed data. So i physically removed the F driver and put it back after the installation. I kept it very safe and put it back exactly as it was but now the F drive doesnt show up in Disk Management or This Computer (My computer) what have i done?

Welcome to the community, Dan!

I'd suggest you try to resolve the issue by resetting BIOS. Once you get the BIOS settings back to factory defaults, it might help you recognize your secondary drive properly. However, you'd need to reconfigure any changes you might have made there.
I'd also suggest you go to the motherboard/computer manufacturer's website and download the latest and updated SATA controller & chipset drivers from there, instead of using Windows Updates.

Hope this helps. Good luck! :)
