Help Making Gaming Computer for $500~

Hi, I'm from Mexico, I've been playing with the lowest settings and the worst frames for more than 6 years of my life, and now I think its time to get a decent computer :I My budget is $500, and I own nothing but a desk (Please recomend a good monitor, but dont add it to my budget). All I play is heavily modded minecraft (I want to use shaders with max settings), and I want to be able to record/stream (All I ask for is 1080p and 60+ fps TwT). Thanks!
