Administrator Account Disabled. Only a regular user remains.

Guys I need help on this. I need to enable the administrator account on a laptop. However all administrator accounts are disabled, I only have one user account accessible. The laptop has wireless connection and does not belong to any domain.
 
Solution
Restart the machine and tap the Function 8 key until you see the Advanced Boot menu. Select Safe Mode with Networking and you will see your login icon and that of the System Administrator. Login in to that account then go to Control Panel>User Accounts and create a new account, giving it administrative powers.

If that System Administrator account is password protected, you can go no further and we can't help you.
