I would agree, you are SO much better off going for a 750 ti, those cards are not going to do you any good for anything- games are not going to be playable. You can look for used 750 tis for a good price and discount if money is a problem. Neither of those are worth buying, an integrated gpu could be better. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sph6cjJeRdI

This is a detailed analysis of those two cards against each other. GT 730 wins.

However like everyone has said. 750ti is much better for 40% more cost. But if that isn't in the budget and those are the choices GT 730.
