Dell Inspiron 15R 5521/ intel HD graphic 4000 series/ AMD Radeon HD 7670M/8730M Driver

Hello guys,
i am having problems with my amd graphic card installation. Dell Inspiron 15R 5521
Service Tag: 95RX0X1 | Express Service Code: 19940262373. currently it run on intel HD graphic 4000 series but i want to install the AMD graphic for 3D rendering and animation. Please direct me on how to go about it. the originally installed graphic driver was AMD Radeon HD 7670M/8730M Driver. please i need a step by step guide to installing this and i currently run window 10 64bits.

Please help with step by step and link on where to get the softwares necessary

You can get the AMD Radeon driver package for your Inspiron model from the Dell support website which is appropriate for your country:

For other countries, scroll down to the bottom, and on the right-hand side, click on "United States" to bring up a list of countries.
