Samsung secure erased an Evo 250gb ssd...now what to do?

Wanted to securely remove data and after a creating a bootable dvd and booting from it.
selecting the drive
unplug/replug power to ssd
then it went to a cmd interface.... now what
I can't find the drive when I boot into windows in the magician software or in the devices.

Not sure what is going on here from your post.

Did you already wipe the drive? Did you unplug the power to the drive while the computer was on? Why?

If you are in Windows and have that wiped drive connected, it should show up in Disk Manager and you can create a new partition on he drive here. If it's wiped with no partition it will not show up in My Computer as a drive letter.
