So this is my choice of parts so far .
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/bK8xnQ

I am going with black/red theme. And i want to ask your opinion about what you think of this pc, because I've been doing research on computers and their part for the whole past week, i watch million of videos of how to build pcs, looked at multiple websites, forums, subreddits, where people talk about pc builds.

Also i have couple questions since i never build a pc.

1. Do i need to buy any extra cables/screws for anything?

2. Do I need to buy additional fans for my case, and since i want them with LEDs how long do they last and can I control them (like turn them off if im sleeping or not using my pc)?

3. Whats the best OS right now?

4. Any good forum threads, videos, websites where someone talks and gives very good and useful tips for first builders. Most likely i have seen them but there is never to much information :)

You shouldn't need to buy anything else, but a small tube of thermal paste is handy to have if you have to re-seat the processor or CPU cooler. Your case comes with 5 fans, you shouldn't need more. I don't think you're going to be able to turn the LED's off without turning the fans off. The fans will last as long as they last. Sorry I can't give you a better answer. I have fans now that are probably 10 years old and still work and others that have failed in a few months. FWIW, the Fluid Bearing fans should outlast rifle bearing fans, but they are generally more expensive. I would say go ahead and make the jump to Windows 10. Windows 7 no longer has mainstream support from MS. It's not perfect, and there are some annoying things about it, but there are good things about it too. Check out the sticky threads on the top of the Systems forum here if you haven't already, lots of good info.

Well,you wont need any more screws as long as the PC components have the required screws and cables.The screws included will be enough for everything.As for the fans,in my opinion you should buy a couple of them with red led to improve your airflow and the look of your PC.For the OS I would recommend Windows 7 or 8 because windows 10 are not as optimized at the moment and you always can upgrade in the future.The channel I would recommend you stick to is Linustechtips on YouTube,he will help you a lot.I can also give you tips as an 15 year old PC builder.(Building PC's since 11)
Anyways mate,I hope I helped don't hesitate to ask for help if you need any in the future. :)

Sorry to write again it didn't let me edit my answer for some reason.I forgot to tell you about the fans.The fans will automatically turn off when you shut down your system.If I was you I would go with an i5 6600k which I think is in the same price and less power hungry.It you decide to do that it will only cost you approximately 10$ more for the RAM(DDR4) and you will have a better performing and more future proof system.Again sorry to write twice.Good luck building your new PC.
http://pcpartpicker.com/search/?cc=us&q=i5+6600k ----> plus 20$ for the CPU

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/kingston-memory-hx421c14fbk216 ----> plus 7$ for the memory.
Plus 27$ for ddr4 you decide ;)
U can also find a good motherboard around the 150$ motherboard budget you have.Like this one http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-z170atomahawkac
That also fits your red-black theme.(You can also go for something cheaper as long as it is z170 chipset)

your better off going witch the newer skylake build if your going to keep the pc for a bit. the cables you may want to order are red or black sata data cables. most mb will have 2 or 4 it say or show on the mb sales page. most of these cables are 12-18 inches long sometime it good to have longer sata cables so you dont snap sata ports off the mb or the drives. there thin. if this is your first pc build pick up a small screw kit there 8.00. they have extra standoffs and hard drive screws. you might not need the kit but for a first build or 2-3-4 it nice to have extra screws. you need some wire wraps or wire ties. the wire ties a box of mixed color ties are cheap at walmart or hardware store.pick up a led flashlight and magnifier. there to look at bent pins in the cpu slot. depending how well the mb made it from china to you there may be none under the cover or the whole cpu pins could be smashed. if there smashed you have to take a photo of the damage and do a claim with the shipper. most stores and vendors dont cover bent pins so use a credit card when you buy your parts so you can do a charge back if there bent. you want to pick up a 12 inch phiphs screw driver with a metal tip. you want to magnitize it so your screws when you put the mb in dont fall off the tip and into the case or power supply. it a pain in the dary air to shake out a screw that falls into a power supply. also picking up a extra tube of thermal paste in case you need to repaste a cpu cooler is good to have on hand (9-20..). cables that might be needed depending on case hight and mb layout. may need a 8 pin pci 12 inch extention cable if your main power 8 pin power supply cable is to short to run behind the mb.

the only other cable may be the hd audio case cable to have front audio ports working. depends on the cable lenth of the case cables and where the port is on the mb.

I'm channeling my father when I say.....

"Plan your work and work your plan". It's like painting a room. Painting is the easy/fun part. Prep/planning is a ball breaker and takes time.

In sports we visualize our movements right before we do them and it works very well. Visualize yourself doing the whole job. From the day you bring all the parts home, opening the boxes. See yourself installing everything. You do this enough when the day arrives it will be ridiculously easy to do.
