Hi everyone. First time on a forum, so please forgive any ignorance on my part.
I have bought a lenovo G5080, with i7 5500U processor, that was advertised as having a 2 GB Graphic Card.
The issues are as follows:
1. I cannot find any mention of it anywhere, save a sticker of AMD. Device manager shows only Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500
2. When I gave it to the service centre, they returned it a week later, saying this model is such that it will not show it. but it's installed. It still doesn't show anything other than the above. I'd like to know if what they are telling me is true. If so, is there any way for me to verify the presence of a Graphic Card?
