I'm trying to overclock this, but I don't know where to begin. I'm overwhelmed by the amount of options in BIOS. Most everything is set to auto. When I try to auto configure the overclock to 20% with my Tower cooler on the CPU. Everything crashes when I run windows 10. Many different errors. When I tried to automatically overclock just the memory to 2400 MHz it crashed with a memory error.

I would really like to see this thing perform to it's best without any errors, what should I do? Also I hate windows crashing, is there a way around having to crash windows over and over again?

Yeah, what Dunlop said. Sounds like you are running a pretty fast setup as it is. Do you really need to overclock??

Overclocking, I believe, is really for low to mid level rigs that can really benefit from an overclock and get a rig behaving more like a top end pc. I don't like to see overclocks with systems that are already quite fast to begin with.

I really doubt it. The CPU is a delicate thing and I treat it as such. But I suppose it's possible
