Hello there! I am building my new pc and i am wondering if a 750W gold 80%eff. corsair psu will do for all of my pc components. Here is the list with all of them :

SSD : Samsung 850 Evo 250GB
HDD : Western Digital Black 1TB (WD1003FZEX)
RAM : Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB DDR3-2133MHz
Motherboard : MSI GTX970 DDR3
GPU : GTX 970 4GB(3.5 :p ) OC
CPU: AMD FX 8350
PSU : Corsair PSU RMX Series 750 W 80+ Gold RMX750 Modular ?

Please when answering, take into account my specs at their maximum usage (for better calculations) !

No, but 650W will be absolutely fine. 750 is just more expensive, but if you feel safer with it and want to spend the money, do so. Performance will be exactly the same. 750W also gives you a bit of headroom for the future, if...

That PSU is great, and that system will draw approximately 350-450W, and at spikes it might reach 460+, so you would even be fine with 550W+.

Although Corsair make great PSU's, i always recommend EVGA on lower-wattage PSU's. This 650W (https://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220g20650y1) is great and well enough for your rig.

I am just really worried that a 650+W psu won't do if i use my pc for really heavy games :p ! Is there any way that i can cause a problem if i get a 100w (750w) psu ?

the 650 watts will do just fine. the amd fx is 125 watts and the gtx 970 is 145 watts. the rest of the system barely equals 100 wats. the 750 would only be needed if you add another 970 to the systems.
