I have 3 monitors and a TV above, I have previously had it setup as 4 different screens (All are different sizes and models) with no issue.

As of a couple of days ago I changed the TV to duplicate the main monitor and have been unable to use my TV since, Its still numbered as 2 but is not selectable, I can choose to duplicate to the TV and that works yet I cant get back to my previous setup of 4 extended displays.

If i unplug the TV it instantly renumbers the screens to 1-3 but if plugged in it is numbered as 2 but I cant use it.

Some screenshots of different options im getting at the moment;

4: Right Monitor unplugged(As soon as I plug it in the TV disappears, this has worked before, I have no idea whast happening now with 4 plugged in)

5: All 4 plugged in on the Nvidia control panel

I have no idea why I cant have 4 screens anymore, I can have any 3 but not 4, I was able to before, Its like the feature was there before and as soon as I duplicated the TV that option which is no longer available turns the TV off, Any help is a massive help, Id really like to get back to 4 screens.

Solution
Fixed it, I thought since I've practically filled out this entire question I might aswell submit it and answer it in hope if anyone else comes across this this helps them

1: Retick the TV in the Nvidia Multiple Display tab

Its odd that this has happened and its not as simple as the TV was disabled since I could have 3 screens including the TV just not 4, The TV was disabled when they were all plugged in automatically.
