Hey there i'm trying a cheap way establishing a normal wifi connection in my PG hostel
I'm using a my spare ordinary 150m router for connecting them but
It can't connect more than 15 devices I've after researching i've found out that a router can connect more than 50+ clients (Sry if i'm overestimating it).
But I want to connect only 30+ clients to my router
But if 15 devices are connected the next device can't connect it why is this happening

And one more thing to solve this problem I bought tp link 300Mbps Universal WiFi Range Extender
I thought that it will increase my range and also my max client limit but no it only extended the range

does Using individual SSID will work

Help guyz!!!! plz

Some low end routers can not handle more than 15 clients at once on Wi-Fi but can handle a lot more devices because they do not use a lot of bandwidth. You will need a router that can handle a lot of clients and set it up so each person that logs into the router only gets so much bandwidth so you don't have that 1 or 2 people soaking up all the bandwidth and everyone else is stuck with what's left over. If people are doing that, that "MIGHT" be the cause and you need to set up the bandwidth throttling so more people can access the internet. This is just theory so it may or may not work.
