My First Build Tell Me What U Think

Solution
Sweet build !! - especially the Matrix (I went the Strix OC) and the RJ V DRAM (you grabbed the CL14 set which is relatively new and are very good sticks), will look forward to hearing how the build goes ;)

That is way to much to be spending on a 6700k. You could go with a 5820k, for less.

It is a pretty sweet build, but it is kind of ridiculous to spend $2000 on a PC and not go X99... Get a 5820k minimum. Also, what is your solution for CPU cooling? If you are thinking about air cooling, the NH-D15 would exceed your expectations and outperform some watercoolers; only downside is the amount of space it takes up. If you want to go that route, just make sure you will have proper clearance for your memory.

that h320 x2 prestige looks like it would do a perfect job for overclocking on X99... In fact, one of the reviews on Newegg is a guy with a 5820k stating he made it to 4.5Ghz with the h320 x2 prestige with max temps of 69C. That is a 27% boost, and with 6 cores and a total of 12 threads, that is going to be a significant difference. Now, he might have hit the silicon lottery, so don't expect those results, but that is still impressive as hell. I imagine it will be relatively quiet. Make sure to buy it off Newegg and not Amazon though, because it costs $85 more on Amazon. The fans seem to be high quality as well, so it seems like you would be fine without changing them. Your build is going to be insane. Make sure you let us know how it turns out...

Hey i checked out your build but it says theres some compatibility problems you should look at. But, overall great build. :D

-Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor does not include a stock CPU cooler. Adding a CPU Cooler to your part list is recommended.

-The NZXT H440 Designed by Razer™ ATX Mid Tower Case supports video cards up to 406mm long, but video cards over 294mm may block drive bays. Since the Asus GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB Video Card is 296mm long, some drive bays may not be usable.
