Samsung PM851 - 256GB Password protected SSD

I can buy this SSD very cheap, is any method to format it / swap bios to unlock this SSD ?
The data on the drive is irrelevant to me I only want to unlock it

" SSD is not accessible cannot format, but Crystal Disk Info detect SSD and show info. Disk have set lock /password."

Yeah sound like a hardware encrypted. need to contact the manufacturer of the laptop that is from, doubt they will unlock it.
