Four things I can think of.
1. Poor ground on motherboard. (not likely as you had it a while) But I had a similar issue on a MB 7 years ago when I used a set of USB 2.0 ports, all traced back to a screw that crossed the white circle it was supposed to be in. So it is at least possible. When I used those ports the PC crashed. Re-assembled PC and it was fixed. But I spotted this day of the build not months later.
2. Low power the peripherals are pushing your computer over the power limit. (Likely). Could occur because you added too many devices, or because PSU has lost some power efficiency overtime.
3. corrupted system registry values. (annoying but likely, I would just re-install windows after backing up all my files)
4. Corrupted drivers on the devices. For instance bad drivers could list it as a display device instead of a controller, or sound device. (unlikely). But entirely possible. Uninstalling the device drivers and re-installing would be a pain. I would just re-install windows after backing up files and settings to onedrive or another hard drive.
