How could I improve this build?

Solution

If you want a red/black color scheme, here you go. You can go for dominator platinum RAM, even, and paint the top red. If that sounds too hard, G.skill ripjaws V are nice. As for the GPU, I swapped it for a GPU that is more powerful and has nice LED lights on the logo and fans. Set them to red. Finally, I went with the 4 sticks of RAM mostly for looks, same with the water cooler. Sorry the prices are in dollars.

Also, went over budget a bit, but it's nice, trust me.

Thanks for the advice, not sure what you mean by changing the GPU? But I might stick to my CPU and 2TB HDD Space.
Though I might also change the RAM so thanks :)
