best graphics card under 220$ for gaming?

hi i am ugrading my whole pc from amd to intel.

my current specs are
amd fx 8320,
8gb ram ( i had 16 but one ram stick died on me)
and a r9 270x 4gb.

the new parts i am getting are:
i5 4690k
and another stick of 8gb ram

i want to get a nvidia gpu only and i was wondering what is the best gpu for playing games on. i also want to be able to live stream.

or a rx 480 if you dont mind amd

wil a r9 380 give me above 50fps on ultra and 1080p on bf4?
im also debating if i should get a gtx 1080 for like 240

if i can get a r9380, i can just buy another r9380 in the future and ut them in crossfire

ya i understand that but my monitor refreshrate is 60hz, so will getting a gpu that gives over 60 fps be a waste?

for only a bit more cash, you wont need to worry about performance for a long time eh

that is not including the fact that you want to stream on top correct?
