My pc keeps rebooting after updating bios, changing from IDE to AHCI and doing windows restart (error: inaccesible boot drive -> attempting repair -> try restarting -> pc doesn't even load bios just fans start up and then stop)

Also side question: Pc gets hot even with evo hyper 212 cooler installed

I've tried clearing cmos (that way bios should have been set to IDE), but pc is still stuck at rebooting. Every nth time I can see the bios screen and then it reboots again

I've tried pressing the key multiple times didn't seem to do much. Weird thing is I had the same problem few days ago. I somehow managed to solve it, and now it appears again
