how to replace 80gb hdd with 1tb hdd

Solution
Clone the 80GB to the 1TB using some free cloning software like http://www.easeus.com/disk-copy/clone-resource/clone-hard-drive.htm
Be sure to have it include the MBR (boot sector) when it clones the old drive to the new one. Sometimes it doesn't do that automatically, and you have to check a box to include that.
Also, be sure to expand the partition on the new drive to include all of it. Otherwise you will end up with an 80GB partition on the 1TB drive.
