I just recently bought a GeForce gtx 960 GPU with 4 GB of ram and am not getting that good of fps on most games. I was wondering if it could be my CPU which is a AMD athlon x4 760k quad core processor. Also i don't have the best motherboard either its a MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 Micro ATX FM2, maybe one of these is holding my computer back and keeping me from getting good fps? I appreciate the help.
Is my cpu keeping me from getting good fps?
