Need cooling for MOBO

I have a Asrock Fatality z97 KILLER mobo was curious if the Corsair h100i GTX watercooler. was wondering it it would fit into it with no problems and have all the right connectors?

You should worry about your case can fit the cooler or not. If the case manufacturer say can fit the 240mm radiator cooler, then you are fine. e.g. Corsair 350D Micro ATX PC Case

Thank you tradesman1, My other question is there a diagram of where the connectors go to because there is pretty much no instructions to the watercooler other than installing the cooler to the case and mounting it to the MOBO

I have that quick start booklet but I don't know exactly where the pump connectors go I don't see them anywhere on the board I fond the USB cable one and connected that already. any suggestions?

oh damn i'm in idiot, lol I went to straight MOBO with the fan wires not thinking that the USB is the power source.....thanks gentlemen, I'm sure i'll be asking more questions about this build so stay tuned! LOL

Well heres another question, on the case I have it has 6 fans pre installed power sw reset sw HDD LED+ and power LED+ power LED - I can't find where to put these on this MOBO once again the instructions suck
